  • 2 cups Beef Stock

  • 12 King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • Braised Beef
  • Floribbean Sauce
  • Pickled Red Onion

Instructions

Braised Beef

  • Season chuck roast on all sides.
  • Heat oil in Dutch oven.
  • Sear until browned.
  • Add beef stock.
  • Cover tightly.
  • Cook at 300°F for 3-4 hours until fork tender.
  • Shred beef.
  • Reserve some cooking liquid.

Slider Sauce

  • Slice rolls horizontally while keeping rolls connected.
  • Spread sauce.
  • Layer beef evenly.
  • Add onions.
  • Replace top buns.
  • Slice along roll seams.
  • Insert toothpicks.
  • Serve warm
