Floribbean Guava Lime Syrup

This Floribbean Guava Lime Syrup is a bold, tropical sauce that balances sweet guava, fresh lime juice, warm ginger, and rich brown sugar into one smooth, glossy finish. Made with guava paste and guava nectar, this easy homemade syrup comes together in just 15 minutes and adds a vibrant Caribbean-inspired flavor to brunch favorites like coconut French toast, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, grilled fruit, and cocktails. The butter and vanilla create a silky texture while the lime keeps the syrup bright and balanced instead of overly sweet.
