This colorful tropical slaw combines crisp cabbage, sweet mango, juicy pineapple, and a bright citrus dressing to create the perfect topping for burgers, sandwiches, sliders, tacos, and BBQ dishes.

Ingredients

Produce

  • 2 cups Green Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Mango small diced
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple small diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl combine:

  • Green Cabbage
  • Red Cabbage
  • Mango
  • Pineapple
  • Red Onion
  • Cilantro

In a separate bowl whisk together:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Honey
  • Lime Juice
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Pour dressing over slaw mixture.
  • Toss until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving.
