Floribbean Coconut French Toast

Yield: 3 servings (6 slices)
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices brioche or challah
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking

Topping:

Steps:

  1. Whisk custard mixture
  2. Soak bread (don’t oversoak)
  3. Cook in butter until golden both sides
  4. Plate syrup pour shot
  5. Garnish + finish
