Ingredients:
- 6 slices brioche or challah
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup milk or cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
Topping:
- Guava syrup
- White rum syrup
- Toasted coconut
- Fresh berries
Steps:
- Whisk custard mixture
- Soak bread (don’t oversoak)
- Cook in butter until golden both sides
- Plate → syrup pour shot
- Garnish + finish
